Peak Season
Spring/Summer Rates - May 1 through September 30:
3 night minimum at $360.00 per night (Keep in mind our cabin houses up to 17 people that can split the cost of the cabin)
Off Season
Fall/Winter Rates - October 1 through April 30:
2 night minimum at $300.00 per night
Spring Break- March 8 through March 29 :
$360.00 per night
*There is a 6 % hotel sales tax added to the cost of the cabin rentals.
Holidays and Peak Season:There is a 3 night minimum
Deposit: A deposit of 50% of the basic rate is required to hold all reservations. Deposits must be received within five working days from the date the reservation is made. We accept most major credit cards including Visa, Master Card, American Express and Discover, cash and personal checks. * There is a $50 fee for any checks not honored. * Credit cards must be in the name of the user.
Payment: Balance due upon arrival for all days reserved. If you are paying by credit card, your credit card will be charged the day of your scheduled arrival.
Refunds:This is a very seasonal business that necessitates a firm cancellation policy. We cannot adjust rates for family emergencies, late arrivals, early departures, or weather conditions.
Cancellations: Cancellations must be made 15 days prior to arrival date. If your reservations are cancelled within 15 days, you will receive a 75% refund of your deposit.
Loss of deposit:To those who fail to cancel 15 days prior to arrival date, your deposit will be forfeited, unless we are able to rent out the cabin, which will result in a 50% refund.
