Memorial Weekend 5/27/10 thru 6/1/10
Labor Day Weekend 9/3/10 thru 09/07/10
(Keep in mind our cabin houses up to 14 people that can split the cost of the cabin)

Deposit: A deposit of 50% of the total rental cost is required to hold all reservations. Deposits must be received within five working days from the date the reservation is made. We accept most major credit cards including Visa, Master Card, American Express and Discover.
Balance: The balance will be collected approximately one week prior the first date of rental.
Refunds:This is a very seasonal business that necessitates a firm cancellation policy. We cannot adjust rates for family emergencies, late arrivals, early departures, weather, river conditions or anything else.
Cancellations: Cancellations must be made within 15 days prior to arrival date. If your reservations are cancelled within at least 15 days, you will receive a 75% refund of your deposit.
Loss of deposit:To those who fail to cancel 15 days prior to arrival date, your deposit will be forfeited, unless we are able to rent out the cabin, which will result in a 50% refund.
